It is with great pride that we announce the new version 3.1 of our software. With this version, our users will benefit from three new major features:
- The Abstract module has been enriched with new features and simplified in the usability, is now available in the web back-office.
- The flexibility on prices has been further expanded through the “percentage pricings”, a new powerful feature allowing to add organizers fees, discounts or surcharges on credit card payment working dynamically with percentages or fixed amounts.
- The new built-in “expense claim” feature allowing to collect, review and reimburse participants’ expenses in a structured and efficient way.
The On-site Handling Module expands its range of application with a new On-site App, conceived to streamline operations also in absence of a reliable Internet connection. On-site registration and badge printing become no-brainers, operations can now be deployed over local networks of computers, not necessarily connected to the Internet.
The entire B-Com team is proud to announce one of the most revolutionary versions of B-Com ever presented to the market. The B-Com v3 features a web back-office and a totally revised user experience, studied to improve efficiency and ease of use. The new version, designed to be responsive and accessible from any device, comes with a brand new set of amazing features that will simplify and speed up any back-office users’ daily work, while improving the experience of each event’s participant. The launch of the web back-office comes with relevant improvements of the registration websites, both in terms of look & feel and functionalities.
The Housing & Accommodation Module further enriches with a full featured Hotel Procurement component. Designed to help dealing with hotel contracts, this group of features has a direct, concrete, relevant impact on the revenue stream generated from the housing activity. Any organizer has now the tool to tightly control release dates and conditions, rooms’ stock volumes and cancellation terms, and apply them automatically to the sales conditions and to the hotel ranking within the booking process.
